I have been taking Cymbalta for both fibromyalgia and neuropathy at night but I'm tired all day.
Can you switch from taking Cymbalta at night to in the morning immediately?

The people I’ve talked to who wanted to change the time they took Cymbalta did it by changing the time by an hour every week (or sometimes sooner if you can handle it) instead of changing straight from night to morning or vice versa. Doing it this way helps to not have withdrawals.
Definitely best to ask your doctor, or at least a pharmacist. Depending on your dose it could be dangerous to take two doses so close together, especially if you take other medications that could contribute to Serotonin Syndrome.
I suggest you give your Dr. a quick call and before you make any changes run it by him/her.
