Hi everybody,
I am on tramadol for 3 years, I take 8,or sometimes 9tramadol 50,MG daily, so how can i get ride of this devil, and how many days will it take that I can back to normal, thank you in advance,
Hi, how many 50mg doses per day were you taking? Tramadol is a medication that really needs to be tapered when discontinuing, it doesn't to well to stop taking it 'cold turkey'... I will wait to see what dose you were on and then reply... in the meantime, stay hydrated, plenty of water, no caffeine after midday, take Paracetamol for the headaches, and for the short term, you can try taking Nightnurse to help you sleep at night, but only temporarily...
I am still suffering with withdraw systems which is still getting me down can someone help me?
What was the daily dose you were taking?
I'm also taking tramadol 4 a day for 2 years now. I hate it. I want to be normal again. I'm trying to taper off of them. Me and husband both are stuck.
U can do it Sarah. One day at a time. Let's try. Exercise helps too.

Hi, are you on extended release or immediate release?
Hi, it's been over a month since my last dose of Tramadol (weaned slowly to 1/4 tablet per day of 50 mg) Most of the usual symptoms I've read about and experienced have gone but burning feet is still driving me nuts. I've been tested for everything including diabetes and thyroid and all is good... could my burning feet be a residual of this awful drug? I was on it for over 2 years until I realized it was a narcotic. My doctor told me it was not. I need help getting the burning feet solved. If it might be a residual of Tramadol maybe I can just relax some and be patient.
Hi, this could be a longer lasting withdrawal symptom... it should ease up with a bit more time, for now you will have to treat this by putting your feet in cold bowls of water, using ice packs and/or freeze pads, that are used for sports injuries, you can get them from pharmacies. I hope you are feeling better soon!
What is nightnurse?
My mate took a Tramadol pill, one dose of 330mg and felt a heating sensation a few moments after taking it, later went to the school sports ground to play soccer, while he was playing wanted to tackle someone and then he lost conscious and just blacked out, gained conscious when he was in the hospital. He had a seizure in the soccer ground but he couldnt recall anything happening to him. After being discharged from the hospital he got back to school ad went out and had a party and took in a little bit too much alcohol. Its been 5 days now since this occured and he has been having widrawal sympton most specifically Head aches, loss of appetites, restlessness and sleeping problems at night, He phases out 30 seconds after any conversation and is in his own world at times, he describes having a much slower time processing informtion in his head and cannot focus properly. Can anyone please suggest any medical procedures or how long this withdrawal will take or how long it will leave his blood stream. Any suggestions and advice will be very much appreciated
Please If you stop taking Tramadol how long does the side effects go away?
And how do I stop talking it permanently
Please If you stop taking Tramadol how long does the side effects go away?
You can't flush a drug out of your body. If you stop it abruptly it can cause withdrawal. These are not side effects but actual withdrawal symptoms. When did you stop it and how much were you on?
I stopped taking them on sunday just gone and i was on 50mg per dose.
how many a day? I was told to cut 50 mg every 3 days, I was on 400 mg a day for 10 yrs. For me I could do it faster and no withdrawal, but allot of people suffer withdrawal, and need to take it slower.
It's starting to get me down i cant sleep , my head is always buzzing and i feel dizzy all the time i just want to stop feeling like this can you help me in anyway?? .
I am on 50mg 3 times a day I feel down my head feels dizzy fuzzy, spinning can't sleep at night sweat and cold.
