Hello
I would check with your doctor before your do to take your next weekly dose of methotrexate.
Because you are through with the vaginal cream it is my opinion that you continue to take your methotrexate as prescribed.
When taking methotrexate for autoimmune disorders it is best to take the medication at the same time every week and not to skip a dose unless you are advised to do so by your doctor.
I myself have taken methotrexate for approximately 10 years. The only time my rheumatologist has taken me off of my methotrexate is if I am going to have an operation.
It is better to be safe than sorry so do ask your doctor what they recommend before you're due for your next dose of methotrexate.
Be well!
