Should you take mirtazapine if you have asthma?

I wouldn’t I’ve been on mirt for five years in the five years my asthma worsened a lot to the point I was using my reliever a lot I’ve recently swapped on to Pregabalin 2 a day they are amazing my anxiety has gone completely and I’ve not needed to use my reliever once since I started them mirt also gave me horrendous restless legs and arms
Hello nonyx2. I take Mirtazapine and have COPD. You shoul;d be fine. Most all the inhalers be they daily maintance (Spiriva) or emergency inhaler (Combinent)will not inter with the Mirtazapine/remeron. Have a great day, regards pledge
Yes, I do not see why you should not take it, Mirtazapine should not interfere with asthma.
