Can you drink alcohol while taking xarelto 20mg?

Apparently drinking in moderation, occasionally, should be OK. But i would be wary of dizziness or feeling faint. The interactions checker doesn't flag up any warnings, but this doesn't mean you shouldn't be cautious...

I'm not trying to be funny here, it could be the worse thing you ever did if you get drunk. Getting into a fight or falling and hitting your head could lead to a massive bleed in your head.
i don't get drunk but i do have a glass of wine every now and then, i have not start taking it yet will be taking my first dose this evening, and trying to get a lot of input on the medication.
