I was taken off NSAID’s because of kidney disease. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and am in pain most of the time. The doctor said take Tylenol which does nothing for my pain. What other options do I have to decrease the amount of inflammation and pain I have?

My kidney doc said extra strength Tylenol several times a day. He also prescribed Mobic taken every 3 or so days. I'm also at stage 3, 74 years old with diabetes, AFib, stage 4 breast cancer survivor.
