Are the yellow xanax R039 xr and if so is it OK to break in half?

There all immediate release and can be broke in half

The yellow ones are Extended release . They are a total of 2 mg. you can break in half of you only want to take 1mg. I take 4mg a night for about 12 years now. But I take the 1mg immediate release but have a pharmacy tech license , so on Xanax it's ok to break in half. Some XR drugs are not ok.
