It is like a xanax bar and it has the 4 bars its white on on side it says OANAX on the other side I'd has 2 on it sideways tho... is this a Xanx bar ?

I am not in the States @ the moment.
I am sure they are ALPRAZOLAM, I never said nor confirmed they were Xanax. With regards to where they are manufactured I leave that opinion to you as you purchased them or you were given some.
