I realize that this is a pretty old question, but what the first person said was correct. I haven’t seen any at all since, possibly 2016? And it seemed to have only been available in the U.S. from 2013-2015/16 were the exact same molding as both the XANAX/2 2mg tablet by Viatris/Pfizer pharmaceuticals and the Authorized generic variant imprint G 3722 which is the same shape, size, color down to the excipients used, by Greenstone Ltd. A Pfizer subsidiary company, yet to be completely honest with you, this is the ONE question that still stumps me to this day regarding the Pakistani Alprazolam. I’ve seen very, very little data about this tablet. They are, in fact Alprazolam and there’s no doubt about that, but that said it was the best Alprazolam variant I’ve ever come across and I’ve had every single generic and even branded variants from other countries, yet it was either not well quality controlled, or actually quality controlled.
Because let’s face it. There’s no full “2mg Alprazolam tablets” currently in circulation in the United States or anywhere else we’ve been importing generic versions from as of late. The government has given the green light to add or remove atoms, which in turn changes the entire chemical composition and every single pharmaceutical company that produces pharmaceutical drugs for the U.S. market is cutting every single corner they possibly can. And the sad part about this fact is that it’s perfectly fine, says the very disturbing and potentially dangerous regulatory changes that have been put into effect since 2014, but it’s gotten out of control in the last 2 years or so. It’s not just the benzodiazepine class either. It is more aimed towards all controlled substance categories and schedules but subpar, or even worse than that have been making its way into the pharmaceutical supply chain, and directly to the patients. If you actually say down and read the entire way that the FDA operates since the implementation of the “affordable care act” which has been amended over two dozen times since it came into existence, and that’s just the pharmacological area of this highly misleading and even sometimes not at all accurate information and strategically placed “evidence and data sources” that have absolutely no relevance whatsoever, it’s extremely frightening.
I strayed off track I apologize. But yes, they’re unlike any other alprazolam, generic or brand, that I’ve ever felt. The tablets for one were a bit more, chalky, however it from the time it took to swallow the tablet and put the cup down the drug had already started to take effect. I’m legitimately prescribed a total of 10mg of alprazolam daily but I don’t even think I can compare two and a half of the tablets in circulation currently to a single ONAX 2mg. I legitimately believe that they only had an even 2mg dose but you have to remember that the excipients used in other parts of the world that would otherwise be illegal as an inactive ingredient, and I think that played a huge role in how it effected the increase in the motility and pure strength of the tablets, though it is Pakistan so nothing would surprise me. It did have more of a Rohypnol effect when taking the same dose as I normally would. The consistency was always exceptional. It’s strange that I have access to the entire archived data of every name branded and generic drug formulation that’s been used, replaced or omitted in favor of a completely different molecular formula altogether as well as the companies that manufactured them, and they’re not in the database at all. I do appreciate the question as I haven’t actually thought about this in a while. Time to start digging!
Idk
ONAX 2 is Alprazolam 2 mg, a generic version of Xanax from Pakistan.
There is a bar xanax that is white, rectangle with x ana x on one side and the number 2 on the other side that has three score lines on both sides so it can be divided into fourths.
You can see the photo at Drugs.com site by clicking on the pill identifier in the blue tool bar above and typing in the name xanax.
Hope this helped,
Laurie
