What is the best time for sleep purposes?
What about Xanax and amitriptyline together? Also timing for dosage?

I take amitriptyline 3 hours before sleep and that works well. If you are taking that and xanax together I would definitely do it 1 hour and 30 mins before sleep. Do not drive or anything until you know how you feel. I have taken them together and they have worked very well. Abit overpowering. I have quite a high tolerance normally. Let me know how you get on

I take 10mg amitriptyline for back pain and 0.5mg Xanax. Hope it worked for you!

I took 10 mg Amitriptyline and .25 Xanax it worked well. Thanks. Bit of a brain fog

My 2nd night didn’t go so well. 1-2 hours on the same routine. Your experience could be helpful.
