Whether Valtrex will show up in a drug test depends on what sort of drug test it is. How specific it is?
It may not appear as an illegal/abused drug but if they look for all sort of drugs in the test then definitely it may show up. Why don't you just tell your employers that you are taking Valtrex.
Valtrex is an antiviral drug. It slows the growth and spread of the herpes virus so that the body can fight off the infection. Valtrex will not cure herpes, but it can lessen the symptoms of the infection. Surely they can't have issues with you taking antiviral medication.
