I know this is a super old question but in case someone else runs across something similar: this is probably a vitamin or supplement of some type. It is not a prescription pill because all prescriptions have some type of marking, often a logo and a number. Over the counter meds like tylenol typically have the brand logo.
There is no way in the world to tell you that. Every medication sold in the united states has to have an id marking. Only illegal meds or nutritional supplements don't have an id marking.
