It is best to take prednisone in the morning with breakfast. (I realize this answer is a bit late).

your right my doctor had me doing the same thing and i have been on it for 3 yr. i would say the best time in in the morning and then by night your ready for bed you sould also take it with food like start eating and half way thur your meal stop take the pill and then finsh eating you will get the best results this way
