Are there any legal prescription drugs that contain the same chemical make-up as methamphetamine? I took some diet pills that a friend gave me and they showed up as methamphetamine on a drug test.
What prescription drugs contain methamphetamine?

Hello Concerned employee. I believe the diet pills you took are phentermine and will show positive on a drug test. Best of wishes, pledge

Thanks Mary, have yourself a good one, fresh pot perking.
May be back later, but a nap is sounding good right now! Thanks... Mary

I didn't say that. The person took which I'm guessing was phentermine, (perscription diet drug) which showed up.
The FDA , approved the drug DESOXYTN its an Methaphaetamine approved for the treatment of obesity. Available by perscription only.
" Desoxyn"
So sorry pledgie... did not mean to go against what u were saying. I thought I was responding to the member posing the question. And thanks for educating me on desoxyn. I had no idea. Didn't mean to give misinformation. That's why this site is so great. We learn so much from each other!!

Oh pupie, no need to apologise. But if you're going to respond to the member posing the question, I might suggest you do so. Answering it as a question, not adding on to my comment. And certainly we learn so much from each other. Good health!!!
