Current dose of 40 mg Prozac with 450 mg of Wellbutrin has produced significant relief. But I need to feel better. Can I increase Prozac to 60 mg while keeping Wellbutrin at 450 mg?
What other antidepressants can I take with Prozac to maximize relief?

The maximum Prozac (fluoxetine) is 80mg/day so the increase there could be helpful. You might also ask your doctor about Aplenzin (bupropion hydrobromide) which is like a high power version of Wellbutrin (bupropion). I was also taking bupropion 450mg/day for years with a significant improvement but it still didn't quite make it. My doctor then switched me to the Aplenzin... world of difference!
Another medication is Auvelity which is bupropion and dextromethorphan. Fairly new on the ,market but getting good reviews.
The con of them both is $$$$$. Your insurance might not pay for it or may require a pre-authorization from your doctor.

Hope some of this may help.

PS, As far as antidepressants go the safest with Prozac would be the atypicals: Wellbutrin, Cymbalta (duloxetine), and Remeron (mirtazapine).
