Hi all. I am wondering if I am using the Suboxone strip correctly? I have heard on here that some people spit out the saliva after it has dissolved. I know, gross, but it is what it is.
I have not been spitting anything out, just swallowing after I think it has dissolved. I would appreciate some input on this.
Thanks in advance.
What is the proper way to use Suboxone strips?

Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results. Before taking this medicine, drink a glass of water to moisten your mouth. Place the sublingual tablet or sublingual film under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Do not chew the tablet or film, and do not swallow it whole.
