Which is stronger?? Sulfate or just Morphine pills and why would Roxan make these two IF they are the same??? Thanks, Ben
As far as Morphine and Morphine Sulfate they are actually exactly the same. It can be called Morphine or it can be called Morphine Sulfate. It doesn't matter what you call it, it's Morphine.
54 733 is Dolophine (Methadone) 5mg round white pill (It's not Morphine Sulfate).
54 782 with a 15 on the other side is Oramorph SR (Morphine Suflate) 15mg which is a white round pill. I hope this helps. Happy Holidays!
