"Very common (10% or more of users): Somnolence (up to 52%), sedation (up to 48%)"
Many people experience sleepiness, drowsiness, and dizziness when first starting the medication so it might be best to take it at night until you learn how it affects you.
Otherwise, it doesn't really matter when you take it but do try to take it about the same time every day.
