I just need any tips/advice,suggestions,or comments.I am trying to quit smoking marijuana and I want to know the quickest ways or tricks to get it out of your system faster.I want to try and get a real life and stop living in POT LAND.I need my friends on this one.
Water lots and lots of water is the best way its so pure why do you think thats whats used when a person gets baptized you dont ever see them dip them in some tea or coke lol=). Try not to think about pot anymore do anything but call the weedman and just think all that money you spend on it you could be buying yourself some new shoes or something. I really do think water is the way to go and maybe go to your local GNC or if you dont have a GNC any place that sells like dietary supplements even head shops carry some good supplements. Good luck friend and i hope all goes well remember its a mental thing and all you have to do is tell yourself you dont need it.
Cranberry juice is another fluid that aids in this process. Make sure the cranberry is 100% real juice for maximum results. The reason being so is because cranberry juice is a diuretic, which helps you urinate a lot. Other popular fruit drinks are apple juice and grape juice which will also aid in toxin elimination.
Take a trip to the steam room and/or the sauna for about an hour a day. It may seem harsh but sweating is an effective way to help you release THC through your skin.

Hi arc, Alot of people are trying a body cleanse or a flush these days in order to jump start a diet. According to several sources I read through CBS,.ABC, and NBC tried several different brands of body cleanes and flushes and came up with the acai berry as being the best. These flushes are mostly used to clean out your colon, according to these news reports most people are walking around with built up fecal matter (like plaque in your arteries) some as with as much as forty lbs! If you are trying to flush weed out of your system you can do that with drinking lots of water. You can also try an over the counter diuretic, just remember to double up on your water /fluid intake if you use these as you don't want to become dehydrated.If you just want the residual out of your system, just stop smoking it today and twenty or so days fom now it will be gone and you will feel alot better.
As far as body cleanes go, I started my diet with 1/2 cup diced straberries, 1/2 cup grapes and a banana the first three days. No startches , no dairy, no sugar, white bread etc. If you want to lose some of the wieght you could try this. I talk to alot of people who say they have gained alot of weight from smoking pot. I don't indulge striclkly because I don't like the way it makes me feel. Alot of people think I am crazy, but it causes me to "overthink" small incedendal matters, then theres the cost. At any rate I would just go with the water. Unless, you would like to try a body cleanse, then you can just google it and it has all kinds of results from reputable people. Hi there arc. Although I quit some time ago, I'm still an advocate for decriminalizing weed posession and use. You got some great tips to help you get started. Just remembering that feeling I used to get... Wake-N-Bake every morning and by 10 feeling like I could eat a horse and take a 2 hour nap. Wake up feeling all burned out, have a cup of coffee to get some energy just to pack another bowl. I had quite the vicious cycle going on for a long time. I guess what really turned me off was when a 'friend' was giving me a hit off the bong and tipped it over too far and the nasty bong water spilled out all over my face and clothes. The smell was so bad I gagged! Not to mention the munchies (gained 50lbs) red eyes, giggling at totally inappropriate times and can't stop. Let alone cotton mouth and forgetting pretty much everything! So I would follow the advice you've gotten... and keep in your head all the negatives that go along with weed.
Not to mention it's not exactly legal (yet) Like most of us, you can be stubborn on some issues. Be stubborn with this one. JUST DO IT. I know you can. your friend, chris
I'm tikdbred aople cudrr ginger ckeans your blood but I'm no doctor I wish you the best your wanting to quit is a good thing it's actually amazing and you hold in if it gets hard start calling out all the things you didn't do or lost behind it it may help you not do it
Being part of life is good in going thru tight now but totally different something I've never tried before and lied and told myself for Weight loss now I've lost no Weight but plenty if money I'm tires if being Mia a reak werido day two I'm determined I just remember all the time and money lost and it helps me I hope it helps you I dance and sing all day ifbi have to I'm alone in this can't afford to say anything I would loose more I'm coming around I'm told two more days ir a week and I'll be in I'm praying so
