Vraylar - medication that has a good rating?

It would depend, first of all, on what disorder you're treating. There are antipsychotics, antidepressants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, sedatives, etc.
There is no one effective drug that will work for everyone. There isn't a "one size fits all" medication.
Everybody's metabolism is different as will be their response to any given medication. For instance, while Vraylar is highly effective for me it may not work well for you.
There are drugs in different categories that are prescribed more frequently than others but, again, it depends on what you're treating.
