I just had my wisdom teeth surgery earlier this morning. I was put under anesthesia and I think it's provoking my nausea.

HALP; Sorry nobody got to this, But for future yes just make sure the stiches are still in and slightly rinsing your mouth with mild warm salt water to help sooth the area and loosen any small food particles that may be in the stiches. Very gently. then look and make sure the stiches are not pulled loose. salt water rinse helps with all kinds of sore's in mouth or gums the dentist use this all the time. And it promotes healing. and keeping the mouth clean. Sorry again but for the next time so you well know. Or to help someone else later. Hope you are feeling better now.
