OMG yes! I just tried some for my poor worn out super painful fingers. I'm on day two and nearly cried because my pain was so reduced I was actually doing things that I avoided.
I could barely make my bed, hold my phone, dry my hair, hold my steering wheel..stuff like that.
I'm 58 and have had severe arthritis in my wrists, fingers and thumbs.
Hi Granny v
I haven't used Voltern gel, But my husband and I both use Magnesium lotion which works Great for cramping pain and for my Fibromyalgia.
I have found that it starts working soon after I put it on.
I also noticed from the $ it is cheaper than the Volltern gel / plus it has No see effects.
This is our experience and I hope this helps you Good luck and may God bless you on your journey to finding what works for you!
