I am battling postnatal depression after having my second daughter, I am taking Effexor XR 75mg and have just had found out I'm pregnant.
Has anyone been on antidepressants while pregnant that could give me peace of mind. I've read it can cause birth defects and withdrawal for the baby and I'm freaking out!
