I took Plan B on June 11 and had bleeding(not periods) on June 21 (till June 24). My periods were scheduled to start on June 30 which never happened till today(July 10). But I am getting all the symptoms of PMS from last 1 week.
I did 3 pregnancy test so far and all were negative. I am very confused as to if it is Plan B symptoms and it has failed and I am pregnant?

There's no way of knowing what's going on until your bleeding regulates, again, & until it's been long enough to get an accurate test result. The bleeding can occur with or without pregnancy as the outcome, when using Plan B.
