Can I take Tramadol and Tylenol or Ibuprofen at the same time?

At the time I weighed a max of maybe 130lbs, I had a canker sore that covered half of my tongue and reached to the back of my throat. I took 8 ibuprofen 800mg and 2 50mg tramadols all in one day because of how much pain I was in. Let me tell you, the next morning was not fun, I most definitely puked my guts out, but the point is I didn't die. So, I hope that answers your question.
I think you may have gotten sick just from the amount of ibuprofen alone. 2-50mg Tramadol isn't much in a day. I take both meds every day, and since my opioid meds were recently reduced I've been taking more ibuprofen, but I've never taken that much in a single day. (BTW... I'm glad you didn't die)!
I recently visited my neurologist and he took me of tramadol asap... said it could cause epilectic seizures. ..if combined with some other drugs. Be careful
I’ve taken 100 to 150 mg of Tramadol and various amounts of ibuprofen depending on how bad my knees hurt for 7 years or more with no issues or side effects
On good days I don’t take anything at all.

Yes! I take 2 Tramadol every morning when I get up along with 2 ibuprofens. It helps the Tramadol to work better.

If you are taking Tramadol standard capsules, containing Tramadol only then yes you can take Paracetamol and/or Ibuprofen at the same time. If you are taking the combination pill - containing Tramadol and Tylenol (as Kaismama has said) you can take Ibuprofen only with it.
Yes you can. There is a form of tramadol called ultracet that is a combo med of tramadol and tylenol.
Does it cost more in combo than if buying separately?
