You can safely mix Tylenol and ibuprofen, but you probably shouldn't mix the Tylenol types. Also, if you take 2 regular Tylenol plus 1 Tylenol pm then you're at 1500mg, whereas the maximum adult dose taken in a single dosage is 1000mg; and the maximum for ibuprofen in a single dosage is 800mg (so you are also going over this amount slightly), but since ibuprofen is an NSAID it is risky to start with the highest (or higher) dose due to the risk of damage to your stomach and/or intestines. It would be better to take some and then see how you feel and maybe take more or maybe you will feel you can wait a while.

The PM in Tylenol PM is just benadryl. So you could simply add a dose or half a dose of benadryl for the added benefit of sleep.
