Hi Tramadol does not affect blood clotting, and is quite safe to use before surgery, so long as you inform the surgeon/anaesthetist. Tramadol can affect the respiratory system, so if you suffer from breathing difficulties you should be aware of this
No it's ok before surgery.
It causes breathing issues. Dont take before surgery. Wean yourself down.
