Im only 5 ft 5 in tall, 29 yrs old and currently only weighing 103 lbs. I recenly lost 25 to 30 lbs due to an illness, I am Severely Underweight for my age an height. Since the start of my recovery I have not been able to maintain or gain weight even though I eat healthy along with eating foods high in fats,sugars,proteins anything that may help in gaining some weight. So If anyone has any Ideas on how I could try and gain weight fast as well as continue to maintain that weight I would appreciate it and Im willing to try just about anything at this point. Hoping to find the energy and strength I need to try and return to my normal daily activities and routine asap!!!

Don't try to do it fast. When you're very ill it takes months and months to recover. There are powders to add calories to all your food. The one I can think of is polycose. Too bad you can't just eat what I do every day, it seems to keep my weight up, lolol. After you're ill you don't feel like eating much so if you can add calories it may help you. Have you tried the drinks like boost? How about a shake made with a premium ice cream, they have more fat, and anything else you can put in with allot of calories.
