My doctor just put me on 15 mg. of Mobic per day to see if it's going to help my knees before doing anything else, had a knee replacement in one and the other is showing severe arthritis etc., I was curious as to the best time of the day to take it, I've been taking it at bedtime ... thoughts ... also, it doesn't seem to be doing much, how long does it take until it works, if it's going to?
What time of the day do you take Mobic?

Sandra; Myself it worked very well and you just take one a day I always took mine in the morning with a snack or after breakfast to help buffer the stomach this way it is working for you during the day while your up and around and if I remember right I noticed lots of relief by about a week or so. Make sure you take it daily and not more than one daily. Please give that a try and see if it helps you more during the day time.and then let the doctor know if you are getting relief in a few more weeks. try and keep up beat you have more choices if you still have problems with this one. chuck1957
