Hey, Allison!
The best time to take Abilify is how you respond to it:
"Very common (10% or more of users): Agitation (up to 19%), insomnia (up to 18%), anxiety (up to 17%), restlessness (up to 12%)"
For some people it's very "energizing" but for others it can cause insomnia.
I took mine in the morning because I needed that extra boost of energy.
