What would happen? Is it too risky?
I was thinking I could sneak Antabuse into my husbands food on the days I expect him to be drinking?

Antabuse doesn't just make someone sick when they drink, it causes liver damage and in more severe cases can cause liver failure and death. It's a very dangerous drug. I would not be surprised if you could be charged and imprisoned for poisoning your husband. Do not give someone drugs without their knowledge and consent. To be more specific, prescription drugs are for those who hold the prescription ONLY.
Don't do it. If he has underlying medical conditions (e.g. heart/liver) that neither of you know about he could die.
It probably wouldn't be very nice, and he'd get sick, but it sure would feel good for you wouldn't it? It would probably be better to try to get him to stop without being sick. You'd only get to do it once anyway. He's suspect you after that. And you could even end up in jail.
Please do not do that. He can become very sick, plus doing those kind of tricks are just wrong. Has he been to a doctor about his drinking problem, or to AA?
