Im going to acapulco mexico for three months can i purchase xarelto there and is it safe.. I take 20 mg a day with a prescription can i purcahse this in mexico. Is xarelto the same in mexico as it it is the united states?

You should get enough before you go. Never trust getting something as important as that in a foreign country. Don't forget, it won't be FDA approved manufacturing there.
