Been to my doctor and been told i have an outer ear canal infection, he's given me otomize spray. 4 days into a 7 day course i'm not feeling any better and i'm still in pain even through ibuprofen and paracetamol combined. Shouldn't the otomize be having a noticeable effect by now?
Been taking Otomize & 2 painkillers for 4 days, shouldn't my ear infection be feeling a bit better?

I would think you'd be having some improvement by now. Call your doctor and tell him you are no better. Perhaps the organism infection your ear is not susceptible to Neomycin?
*infecting (not infection)
Ooh that's a thought! I was thinking i might have a dodgy batch but that's probably more likely! thank you, yes, that's what i'll definitely do :)
For anyone who's interested, i went to the doctor today, and she said there isn't any infection in my ear at all... she gave me stronger painkillers and advised that it might be my teeth moving around, or even just a cold, and to come back if it hasn't cleared up in a few days... so fingers crossed ;)
