I weigh 94lb and should be 120lb-140lb. I eat anything and everything, always hungry and exercise 4-5 times a week but still the weight go on.
I am also on creon for chronic pancreatitis, and have been on it for 3yrs and take the same strength, it's weird, u eat alot and don't gain weight, and I hardly eat and am 175..lol Anyway, I no one thing that put pds on my brother, for he needed to put weight on he just looked way to thin for his height... he started eating oatmeal everyday or other day and that worked for him, I also heard milkshakes once in a while, I would also recommen u talk to your doc about your concerns and tell him how much u eat and so fourth, and that u r not putting on any weight and would like so suggestions on foods u can eat that r not to bad to put on some pds... I no oatmeal is good for u, I don't like it but my brother does..I love cream of wheat... Maybe he needs to run some blood to make sure there is nothing going on with your pancreous I am assuming that is what u r taking it for if not I apoligize for assuming, for that is why my gi doc put me on it for chronic pancreatitis... Good Luck and I would try the oatmeal if u like it I no it worked for my brother and a few others...
I had the same problem they finally put me on a feeding pump. I know that doesn't sound appealing but believe me you will look & feel much better. This is something you should talk to your GI Dr. about. You could also drink Ensure it will add calories. I froze the chocolate & drank it like a shake, doesn't have a bad taste.
