Saxenda - how soon does weight loss occur?

Have just increased Saxenda to 1.8mg today, the start of my 3rd week. No weight loss yet. Can anyone advise at what stage weight loss started to occur for them? I have noticed other recent posts describing the same situation but also noticed posts where weight loss appears to have been instant .
