How to lose weight with abilify?

Hello, I take abilify for 4 months and I gained 30 pounds. I admit to not eat a lot of fruits / vegetables (once or twice / day) but I'm exercising on the stationary bike 20 minutes / day since 1 month. I don't lose weight. Am I the only one? Can you tell me if you had lifestyles or special diets?

Contrave - At week three and happy with weight loss, however have an indelicate question?

For those on it awhile, do the side effects dissipate? Specifically diarrhea. No other side effects, but since going fron two to three tablets daily have had to run quickly to the facilities 9+ times a day. Commuting and working has become daunting. Will this go away in time?

Exercising on xarelto?

I lift weights and often strain. Can lifting heavy weight cause a problem??

It says common side effect is rapid weight gain...anyone else (oxybutynin)?

My stomach feels very full all day long and bloated.Don't see how you would gain any weight this way,only my third day on x15mg.I'm stopping the night time dose can't sleep however.Taking for over active bladder,seems to be helping somewhat.My eyes are a little blurred.
