Diclofenac - How long after taking the pill does it kick in??

I've had back issues for years tried every over the counter drug possible and tried tramadol which works but makes me extremely hyper I got diclorfenac today and I just took my first dose I got 75 mg tablet!

I take Tramadol HCL 50 Mg for back pain. My question is how long this pill last thru the day?

I take 1 pill in the am, then another around nine. The next pill will be around 3 the following afternoon. I'm thinking these pills last for 18 hrs but I'm not too sure of this. What is the average time for these pills?
