How long do I have to take Brilinta after a stent or heart attack?

I accidentally took my morning meds tonight. Do I take my night meds now?Do I skip am meds in morn?

Is it safe to use diclofenac sodium gel when onp have a heart stent blood thinners?

I have a heart stent and am on blood thinners. I've been prescribed diclofenac sodium gel, 1% for treatment to an injured shoulder. I've never had a heart attack.
