You can take your PM meds now and give yourself a few extra hours in the morning before you take your day meds, like two or three hour then you're back on track for your night meds.
I to take plavix and aspirin. so I know that I mix mine up all the time. and I have 9 stents so I can't really miss a dose. Plus I was 27 when I got my first 3. and I still forget and I'm 38. so I think that your okay.
I used to use a combined pill box with place for am and pm and I took my pm meds in the am, a few times. I split it up and use two separate boxes. Take your night time pills. in the am skip those, until you can contact your dr and see what he wants you to do. You don't take plavix and clopidogrel, they are the same med.
Kaismama,
Yes about the PLAVIX. Thanks. I also have the am/pm box. Your idea of 2 separate boxes may help. I will try it.
Thanks.

I've had this happen a few times, because I have fibromyalgia, and I have memory problems. Because I don't sleep much, sometimes I take my morning meds around 3am. With all that, I think you will be fine. Just don't take you're morning meds again. You might try taking them in the afternoon, and then get back on schedule taking them in the morning the next day. Hope this helps some.
Same last night I took my ant acid at ten pm normally take every morning
