Cymbalta at night or in morning? I just started Cymbalta yesterday morning and have been very tired?
... all day. I'm wondering if I should switch my dose to nighttime? I guess I thought Cymbalta was a med that could interrupt sleep that's why I've been taking it in the morning. I'm so tired I can barely function. Thank you for any advice!

5-HTP - When should I take 5hpt?
I started on 5hpt yesterday and I felt great. I took 100mg 3 times daily without food, the last dose was about an hour before bed. I don't think I got any sleep at all. Has anyone had success by lowering the dose or shifting the times taken.
