Sertraline - Starting 50 mg after 6 weeks Feel very tired and as though it’s making me depressed.

What is a maintenance dose?

What is the difference between a maintenance dose and a normal dose? I am on 50mg of sertraline at the moment and have been for some years, but feel it is not strong enough. I suffer from mild depression which, over the years, has come and gone.

A few years ago, my pharmacy changed the manufacturer of my sertraline. I take 150 mg/daily.
