Increased Sertraline to 50 mg Have had dizziness the last two days and pretty bad diarrhea Even though I have been on for over 2 months I guess the side effects start up after each dose increase Also having muscle pain Thought about decreasing dose but it will probably not help anxiety on such a low dose I just feel awful Do most ssris cause dizziness

Your metabolism was adjusting to the lower dosage and after the increase it had to start adjusting all over again . New or recurring side effects are common for sensitive individuals like you.
I’m guessing your doctor advised the increase because you weren’t responding well as far as improvements. Standard procedure in most cases.
Ask your pharmacist to recommend products that will help control side effects.
Not to be discouraging but I think most, if not all, psychotropic medications have potential side effects and dizziness is at the top of the list. Remember that this is temporary and anxiety disorders can often take time to respond to treatment.
