Sertraline making me feel terrible. Can anyone help?

I've been taking mirtazapine (15mg) for about seven weeks and my doctor recently started me on 50mg Sertraline (on the 8th day today) and I feel beyond terrible. So so anxious, like I need to escape my own head but I can't. Can anyone help?

I changed medication 4 months ago I changed from sertraline 200mg to venlafaxine 150mg (it was sheer hell). So 3 weeks ago I abruptly stopped venlafaxine and restarted sertraline 100mg upped a week later to 150mg the anxiety is hell has anybody got any advice please?

I wanted to know if starting at a low dosage of sertraline will reduce my side effects? I want to start at 25mg instead of 50mg. I used to take it for years then came off and now going back on. I just want to reduce the side effects I get at the beginning of taking it

Sertraline - Feeling worse on 4th week on Zoloft?

I started Zoloft on 17th of January. Felt good right away(probably placebo). Now on the 4th week and feel depressed and anxious again. Cant sleep well and getting hit flashes. I am on 50mg once a day. Is this normal or should I ask my doctor to up the dosage?
