Adderall/Sertraline - currently taking together?

First thing: what you're experiencing could be a sign of something very serious, but it likely is immediately resolvable.

I am on the tail end of the exact same thing you're experiencing and you should talk to your doctor immediately. I had the same dosing as you and it induced serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal (I don't mean to scare you but it is that serious). If possible and with your own/doctors judgement come off your Adderall immediately and see if your symptoms resolve. If you are experiencing the start now, they may worsen as serotonin builds up in your system if you keep your current dosage. (effectively you are experiencing the beginnings of a serotonin overdose)

My psychiatrist prescribed me sertraline while I was taking 20mg of Adderall twice daily. I took them together for about a year. Initially, I asked him about taking them together and he said it was safe. After the first few months he suggested I take the sertraline at a certain point in my day - for better affect with my personal side effects (I think fatigue was an issue but it was about two years ago and I don’t remember entirely). I just remember that I stopped taking them because I didn’t really need them anymore and I felt like they were causing drag in my energy. But your side effects sound concerning and everyone is different, so whether or not they are safe to take together you should talk to your doctor about weather you should continue to do so, as soon as you can.
