What can I take for sleep when taking Cymbalta and Klonopin?

I don't get but 2 to 4 hours sleep a night. Feel like hitting myself in the head to get sleep.

In June, I was diagnosed with arthritis in the hips and prescribed Meloxicam 7.5. How long should it take to see if Meloxicam 7.5 is working? I don't take it everyday.

Can low dose naltrexone be taken with Methotrexate & remicade (drugs for rheumatoid arthritis)?
