Amlodipine - missing taking tablet for 2 days?

I take Amlodipine for blood pressure I also take Losartin My blood pressure is well controlled. My question I will be unable to pick up my Amlodipine until Sunday due to weather and Waglreens do not deliver I am O.K to miss 2 days without taking this medication? I

Is it safe to use combigan 3 times a day instead of twice a day, to help lower pressure?

I have the money and time to use it three times a day but want to know if this is ok for me to do to help lower pressure in bad eye.

Has anyone had Lamictal raise blood pressure?

I can’t really find anything specific if it does or doesn’t. It seems like mine is going higher with dose increases or it could be that being on this meds stresses me out with each dose increase thus raising blood pressure. Currently on 125mg. Any thoughts?
