I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and I have noticed before my blood pressure would be pretty high but never thought much of it until in last few months or so having to hold erections long enough for sexual intercourse.. It seems very embarrassing at only being at age 34 but I’m thinking with high blood pressure could be the main culprit. I seen a doctor and they put me on a 25mg losartan and just wondering if this drug will make problems worse as for my sexual functioning or better? Right now blood pressure is reading anywhere between 133-138 top and bottom 85/93. Before starting on meds I had up to180/100 but it’s coming down. Thanks.
Will losartan 25mg help with my ED or make it worse?

High blood pressure can cause ED and strokes and heart attacks. Weather losartan helps time will tell but if not ask your doctor to put you on telmisartan. That definitely helped with sexual function. Hope this helps
Thank you! I know I had these issues before and I hear that high blood pressure can cause it. I just hope being on this losartan that it will get better and also my well-being. I just don’t want to see it getting worse. I hear losartan shouldn’t cause any of it but to make it better
