I've found in addition to Lisinopril using some natural methods to lower BP like deep breathing for about 30x, like lowering sodium intake, taking about an hour after getting up in the morning, and before I eat or drink anything but water, using some pressure points that's supposed to help like squeezing the "webbing" between thumb and first finger. I also do everything that contributes to a healthy lifestyle, like exercise, eat healthy, healthy weight, sleep well at least 7 1/2 hours, read Scripture, pray, write down things for which I'm thankful, healthy social networks, etc. God bless and hope this helps.
