No Alisaok, That is not the way it works, Viagra with most men raise your blood pressure which is why you get the paper that says not for people with high blood pressure or heart problems. But it's a case by case thing depending on where you are with these problems and your doctor has to decide. So call your doctor to get the correct information. Chuck1957 Happy New Year.
I sincerely thank you for your answer and will follow your advice. I do get it by prescription for its use from doctor. I was just asking out of Curiosity, you follow my thinking on the question. Happy healthy new year to you and all.

I’m sorry but I logged in just to correct a possible error. Viagra can and does lower blood pressure. It also helps with heart failure symptoms; controlling the shape of the heart and allowing the heart to rest more fully between beats. Further, given that it also treats pulmonary hypertension, it’s kinda a miracle basal dialator. In fact Viagra was first studied in Britain for these exact problems in 1989. Although I understand why one may think that Viagra increases blood pressure by the side effects of this medication and the pamphlet; it’s almost counter-intuitive. Erections are caused by arterial dialation among other factors. It is my experience that people with High blood pressure or other heart problems and are on more than one heart medication like an added beta blocker. Unless followed closely these drugs shouldn’t really be mixed without orders.
I do VERY much agree with the advice you gave; no one should be taking this medication without a check-up and a prescription from their doctor. This really isn’t something to mess around with when used for heart issues or any others.
Thank you KWS; what I was worried about if this is the study that product is on the market but under a different name and I believe its dose is only 20mg After that it can swing blood pressure both ways which like you said people need to get this from a doctor as you know many people are taking this medication due to side effects from other hypertension medications Thanks a lot it's always good to put in what you know sometimes you can ask 10 doctors and get 5 different answers. Lol I like to have people covering my back as I would yours we don't want to let out harmful information
