Im 38 and had high BP all my life some times in the same numbers as yours and nothing I have taken (I've been on about 20 meds) and it has never brought it down. I have just had to live with it. No harm has been done and doc says that's just my normal pressure.
I have started Ramipril, two weeks now, I did have 3 days of pains in my head. I am taking one daily, morning 5 mg with 25 mg Hidroclorotiazide, (one tablet) Is this what you are taking and has it worked ?
